“Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual.”
- Michelle Obama.
Many have accurately noted that John McCain is not a great choice. But what’s our only other realistic option? It’s Barack Obama who is a horrible choice, probably the worst one ever.
Yes, we can make an ideological stand and vote for the Libertarian or Constitution Party candidate. I did that in the last 3 elections. But this is not the time because the possibility of President Obama ruining our country for four years is just too horrifying to imagine.
When FDR and Winston Churchill faced of choice of Stalin or Hitler, they chose Josef Stalin. Not because they liked him. Not because he was going to do what the West wanted. But because Adolph Hitler was an unacceptable choice.
Sure, they could’ve pumped weapons and intelligence to the Polish resistance, but the two Western leaders realized that the Poles – while honorable and more pro-American/pro-democracy – just don’t stand a chance of defeating Nazi Germany. There was a proper time to support Polish fighters, even when it looked like they could never win. But World War II wasn’t that time. The possibility of Hitler dominating Europe, from Britain to the Ural, was just too awful to imagine, and so a decision was made to support Stalin.
Obama is not Hitler. But he’s an unacceptable choice.
I can’t imagine living in a country led by Obama. McCain will not damage the country nearly as much.
Reagan, Bush1, Bush 2, Mondale, Dukakis, Dole, Clinton, Kerry, Gore, etc. were all “close enough” choices. We survived Clinton, and we survived Bush. We could make an ideological stand there.
We can’t make an ideological stand this year. Not with Obama possibly having a filibuster-proof majority in Congress. Between having a dominant majority in Congress and the ability to shut down all opposition with the charges that criticism of the President is “racist”, we’ll slide into a near-dictatorship where the President will abuse his power in the name of what he believes is good (and “good” is defined as black empowerment since blacks see progress only when they are “empowered”).
Obama is a dangerous ideologue and demagogue. A populist demagogue scares me much more than a regular sell-out politician.
He will spend trillions, much of it on “black” programs. He will spread university speech codes to the society at large. He will incite blacks and use the power of the government to back up their mobs.
Obama will destroy this country. I really believe that.
Anyone but Obama. Anyone. I would prefer to have Al Sharpton or Louis Farrakhan as President because they’re honest enough to get whites to speak up against them.
Obama, on the other hand, talks about unity. But it is unity under his umbrella where everyone agrees with him, and those who disagree are destroyed.
This is a wrong election to make an ideological stand by voting for a Third Party or sitting out. Anyone but Obama. Anyone.
I just stopped by your blog and thought I would say hello. I like your site design. Looking forward to reading more down the road.
I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts. I just added you to my Google News Reader. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.
Are you serious? Please spent as much time as it took you to craft this piece of work and answer this simple question….
Name 10 things good that happened under 8 years of Bush & 12 years of Republican controlled congress.
I’ll give you a hint, destruction of Habeas Corpus & skyrocketing the Federal Deficit another $4 Trillion are not in the list.
I’ll check back in a couple days as this will take a lot of thinking. Good luck, I can’t wait to see it. I’ll be traveling down memory lane while I wait
Borealdreams,
Again, the question is not whether Reps will do something good. They won’t.
But Obama is a dangerous man. Much more dangerous than any Republican or Democrat in the field, this year or before.
Not just because of his race, though that’s part of it. A black President will mean the end of free speech because criticizing him will be “racist” and “hateful”.
A black President will also equate progress with black empowerment.
But just as important is the fact that Obama is a liberal demagogue. He genuinely believes that we just didn’t try enough leftist programs, that we didn’t spend enough money on them, that we didn’t re-educate and punish enough people who disagree with him.
By telling me what Republicans did wrong, you are not addressing my point. I don’t care what they did wrong. Nothing they did is as bad as what Obama will do.
It’s one thing when Republicans didn’t end university speech codes. I wish they did. But for the 95% of the population that’s not in school right now, these codes are of no concern. Nor did Republicans force any school to accept these speech codes.
It’s a totally different thing if the First Amendment will be eliminated in our whole society. A university speech code means I can’t go on college campus and say what I say here. An Obama Presidency will likely mean that I will face a federal indictment for writing on this blog.
Don’t believe me? Look at what’s going on in Europe and Canada. Dozens of right-wing bloggers have been arrested. Some were fined. Some were acquitted. Some actually had to do jail time. All for “racism” and “inciting hate” on their blogs.
Same for everything else.
Yes, Bush didn’t stop housing project funding. But he also didn’t go on a trillion dollar binge in an effort to “eradicate racial inequality”.
Black mayors have already proposed giving blacks free computers and internet accept because of the “digital divide”. I most certainly believe that Obama would be receptive to such programs. I don’t believe that anyone else – McCain, Hillary, Romney, Edwards – would.
No disrespect, but your “McCain will not damage the country nearly as much as Obama” argument is, to me, not based upon facts or history.
McCain is a desperate, ambitious degenerate who has never missed an opportunity to show solidarity with his liberal, leftist comrades across the senatorial aisle. Even now he is reported to be reaching out to liberal bloggers in a desperate effort to prove to those cretins that he shares their concerns.
He is one of them. And a prime requisite for being ‘one of them’ is to prove you are anti racist by giving blacks, illegal aliens, muslims (and whoever else) anything and everything they ask for.
My God, the man has been instrumental in burdening us with millions of illiterate illegal aliens and their bellicose offspring. He has sold us out in favor of foreign nationals who have no right to be here. And he has done so at great cost to Americans.
When McCain had the chance to stand with justice, fairness and the American people, he chose injustice, immorality and his foreign nationals.
What is it that makes you think he will suddenly work for our best interests when he has worked so successfully against those interests?
As for a filibuster proof Democratic majority…that’s going to happen.
The Republicans also had the chance to stand with the American people and they stood against us. We wouldn’t be where we are today if they had looked out for our interests but , like McCain, they did what was best for them and the hell with us.
In the final analysis, the destruction, poverty and injustice wrought by a demagogue is no different than that wrought by a cheap whore sell out politician. (Like McCain) Indeed. The only difference is how speedily you are ushered to the grave.
No and no again.
The answer for us, the solution is not a vote for treasonous, effete prostitutes with their eye on their next trick.
I am not an ideologue. I am not a partisan.
I am an American.
I have watched representatives of the US government steal billions of taxpayer dollars for themselves and their friends. I have watched that government elevate citizens and non citizens to positions for which they are not qualified based solely on skin color.
I have watched this government arm our enemies as Bush lap dances for the Saudis and blubbers Islam is a religion of peace.
I have seen this government apply victim status to black criminals, thereby encouraging more Wichita Massacres and Knoxville Horrors and through it all, the Republicans have done NOTHING to stop any of it.
Its enough.
This government is little more than a criminal enterprise at this point.
The only thing that will save us is us. And the only way to do that is to replace these lowlifes with Americans outside these two parties who will fight for us. Thats it. We are running out of time, money and energy.
republicans are not the solution. They are the problem.
Change means sacrifice and want sometimes.
Did you suppose, given the state we’re in, that you would never be called upon to sacrifice or endure hardships for your country and children?
And if not you and I, then who?
The Beltway Bitches?
You people are truly sick in the head. Granted I’ll give “guywhite” credit being the first Republican to actually argue his points with something behind it, but it is all speculation based.
what is it again you can’t go on campus and say again, racist garbage based on some fear you have of different people? That’s the equivalent of me calling your wife “some meth ho trash” without knowing who she is, then expecting no retribution in return!
yeah, I’d really hate to elevate some “rich horse breeder” to some position of power, solely based on his connections instead of his knowledge & experience. “Brownie, doing a heckofa job” ring a bell to anyone?
you people make “elite’ a four-letter word, and 7 years of decreasing job numbers, rising gas prices, endless war for oil where gas prices doubled since the start of it instead of at the minimum staying the same, more money to crony military contractors then to the boys of our military themselves, brought to you by a complete idiot. and you get your panties all up in a bunch, because someone is actually intelligent and can talk?
Yep that’s right, don’t want to “force up” the black man in this country, when we have our Commander-in-Chief sacrificing Golf in support of the troops?! Are you Eff’ing kidding me, “Support the Troops” King gives up Golf in honor of the 4000+ soldiers who have died, and the 10s of thousands of other brave troops who have lost limbs and suffered traumatic brain injuries?
Wow, last I knew “Golf” was an elite game, not looked upon to favorably by the “good ole boys.” Thank God President Bush gave up GOLF instead of sending the troops body armor who are stuck in his “biggest dick swinging” contest in the middle east. Yep he won, Saddam is gone, but now Bush, as always, grovels at the feet of a Saudi Prince.
How’s that make you feel?
ps If you don’t make over $100-150k a year, Bush & 12 years of Republican Congress hasn’t done a single thing for you. If your networth is over 5-10 million, then maybe they’ve thrown you a bone, but then again you would be “elite” so therefor you are again “shit” to them.
@dt, I can’t even make sense of your rambling. Stay focused man, or are you a Ron “I have absolutely no platform other than abolishing the IRS” Paul supporter?
what is it again you can’t go on campus and say again, racist garbage based on some fear you have of different people?
There are legitimate concerns that “different people” are a threat to this nation and civilization. The fact that you dismiss dissent as “garbage” demonstrates the problem. Liberals talk a good fight about “diversity” but use police state tactics against anyone who dares dissent. It is a fact that liberals in Europe and Canada have criminalized speech that they arbitrarily call “hate”.
Of course, it is perfectly legit for liberals to pathologize their own opponents by labeling them as “Islamaphobes” and “homophobes” — implying that those who dare dissent from the liberal orthodoxy are insane. Very similar to what their ideological buddies in the old USSR used to do, put dissenters into insane asylums.
As for Ron Paul, he has a well articulated political program based on the US Constitution. This no doubt makes him a heretic.
And now to get back on topic:
A black President will mean the end of free speech because criticizing him will be “racist” and “hateful”.
A black President will also equate progress with black empowerment.
What evidence do we have Obama will do any of these things? In any event, he would be the president, not the Congress, so he can not pass laws. (Though, of course, he could do any end of mischief from the Oval Office.)
Prior to the 1992 election, conservatives made similar comments about Bill Clinton. Well, Clinton made a couple of half-hearted attempts to push a liberal party line: homosexuals in the militaty, national health care. The firestorm of opposition caused him to drop both issues. He went on to enact a conservative agenda: end to welfare, law and order (the US prison population multitpled several times), the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 (no more habeas corpus), the triumph of global capitalism (under globalization). The scoundrel even balanced the budget!
Obama, being an outsider, lacks the keys to Washington power. He would be more isolated in the White House than would be a McCain (or H Clinton), and thus relatively more ineffective.
As for attacks on our rights, there is one solution: ORGANIZE. We need to have our own version of the ACLU. We need our own media. We need to take it to the streets. None of this is going to happen if we think all there is to politics is voting for McCain.
Guy: “A black President will mean the end of free speech because criticizing him will be “racist” and “hateful”.
A black President will also equate progress with black empowerment.”
Calinornian: “What evidence do we have Obama will do any of these things? In any event, he would be the president, not the Congress, so he can not pass laws.”
Michelle Obama said the following:
“And Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism, that you put down your division, that you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zones, that you push yourselves to be better, and that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual – uninvolved, uninformed…”
To me this is thinly-veiled leftist talk about forcing their ideology on others. Read it carefully.
She talks about Barack ending our “division”. He will push us, he will inform us, he will involve us, he will require us to work, he will demand that we shed our cynicism and move out of our comfort zones. All her words there.
Obama is not your run of the mill politician. He’s not Bush, Clinton, Gore and Kerry. He is more in line with the EU Left… and he’s also a black radical, as evidenced not only by his statements and associations, but all the work that he’s done “in the community”.
He can’t pass laws, but he’ll have the power to push the Congress, both behind closed doors and in front of the TV with charges of racism against any Senator or Representative who dares to disagree with his mass, life-changing, trillion dollar agenda.
I take Michelle at her word when she says that, “Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual.”
“Prior to the 1992 election, conservatives made similar comments about Bill Clinton. Well, Clinton made a couple of half-hearted attempts to push a liberal party line: homosexuals in the militaty, national health care. The firestorm of opposition caused him to drop both issues.”
Clinton is a sell-out. He was always a sell-out. Bill and Hillary. They are political whores who’ll do what’s necessary to win. It was known prior to 1992. Obama is an ideologue. He genuinely believes that the only type of national improvement is black empowerment through spending and “frank dialogues” with (a.k.a. vicious attacks on) whites.
It’s also easier to stand up to ideas like national health care or even groups like homosexuals.
People tell “gay jokes” all the time. Try telling a “black joke” at work or in school and see what happens.
Voting for McCain will not help things. We do need to organize. We need to teach the truth to our friends and family, and to anyone else we have access too.
I know that McCain will not improve things and that we will not be happy with him as President. I have no illusions about him. But I think he’s a political whore like Bush and Clinton and will do to race relations what they have done.
But when I’m in the voting booth, Michelle’s words will be ringing in my ears:
“Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual.”
borealdreams-
Thanks for the advice…
Guy-
No doubt the results of a black tribalist presidency will be disastrous.
I just happen to think a McCain presidency will be, at best, slightly less disastrous. I say this because Republicans/conservatives crumble when the mere accustaion of racism is leveled against them. Consider the grovelling of Trent Lott for example.
Given the Republican predilection for appeasement in racial matters, and assuming McCain wins, how can we expect McCain to oppose spending those trillions of dollars on “black programs” you refer to when the black community will most assuredly blame Obama’s loss on racist America?
In fact he won’t oppose those programs but will do his best to show the black community that he feels their pain by giving them whatever they want. It’s what politicians do.
And the Republicans will back him in those efforts.
Voting for the Republicans is like hiring and rehiring a contractor who takes your money and gives you promises and excuses instead of results.
We need new representatives who will actually represent us. Representatives who offer us a real alternative to what’s being inflicted upon us by the current crop of legislators. We can effect change via alternative parties, voter referendums and voter initiatives.
This is not a matter of ideology. It is a matter of survival.
The current system is dysfunctional. Supporting that dysfunctionality will only make matters worse for us and our children.
Whomever comes out of the election in november no one wins. I’ve posted this before, and I would like you all to at least watch the first couple of videos, they are more than likely the most important information you will ever watch in your life.
All these things are being done for a reason, and none of you are really seeing it clearly for what it is. Whatch these and you will become more clear on the subject.
http://www.trueworldhistory.info/
I agree that we need new candidates. We need new access to the media, though the internet has been a God-send.
But here’s the difference between the candidates: McCain won’t initiate any programs on his own. He’ll go along with some, that’s true. But there won’t be trillion dollars spent taking down high-rise housing projects and replacing them with free condos for blacks in white neighborhood (exactly what is being done right now in Chicago, a program Obama supported). McCain also won’t force speech codes on anyone. He won’t speak up himself, but at least I won’t be facing criminal prosecution like European bloggers are facing right now.
A split White House and Congress will also likely create gridlock, which the most we can hope for right now.
There’s nobody who will move the ball in our desired direction. We at least need to hold the fort until the Obama Plague has passed us over. If Hillary wins somehow and you want to take a stand, you probably should and I probably will. But not if taking a stand will mean that we will have to deal with the Obama Plague.
Worse is better, some say. But what if worse means that I will be hauled off to jail for writing this blog? I, for one, don’t want to take that chance.
I don’t think most people realize just how dangerous a black nationalist ideologue can be.
Excellent post. I can’t believe all the people in the race realist movement who are willing to have Obama as president just to teach McCain and the Republicans a lesson. With McCain as president, things will be bad enough, and the conservative party will eventually remold itself. Having Obama as president means the death of this country.
I have no interest in teaching anyone any lessons.
I do, however, have a keen interest in establishing a representative government in place of what squats in the beltway right now.
Fortunately, for the American people, the Republicans are weakened. Indeed. They themselves are predicting debilitating losses this cycle.
There has never been a better time for alternative candidates to obtain office and begin to undue the horrors that have been inflicted upon us thanks to this faux two party system.
Gridlock is desirable at this point. And what better way to aid that gridlock than electing officeholders who will work to represent our interests first and foremost?
The Republicans won’t stop the Democrat/socialist juggernaut. That being the case, we need to put Americans in office who will.
Whats the problem?
I take Michelle at her word when she says that, “Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual.”
What life as usual? For the last couple decades, I have felt as if I have lived in an occupied country! The universities, the media, law enforcement, the government, all of them are pushing things which are inimical to my politics and to my culture.
In any event, what is critical here is not who will be president. It is how well we can organize in opposition. What is being done to actually organize resistance?
“What is being done to actually organize resistance?”
I started this blog to counter the PC-BS. it’s not much, but I am just one man. what do you suggest? what can you do?
Ian Jobling created email alerts, but not enough people participate.
Everyone talks a good game, but it’s better to do a little something than talk about vague grand plans without doing anything.
If we each do a little, together we’d make a lot of difference. Call your radio station, explain PC to your friends, give a speech, write a letter to the editor, start a blog. but we each need to do something.
The anti-illegal alien/ border security advocates have had some success at the local level. And by local I mean city, municipal and state.
The citizens of Farmers Branch Texas just elected a mayor opposed to illegal immigration. The people of Hazelton Pa. did likewise a while back. In the case of Hazelton, that mayor is considering a run for the congress. Assuming he wins and stays true to those who put him in the congress, he could muck up the plans of some beltway fatboys.
Prop 200, requiring anyone registering to vote or applying for public benefits to show proof of citizenship, passed in Arizona in 04.
State legislatures across the country are finally beginning to deal with that issue and the results are encouraging.
ALIPAC and Grassfire have a more detailed rundown of local efforts and initiatives.
The only resistance I see at the federal level would be our votes.
If enough of us vote third party in November we may succeed in getting a few of them in office. Then again we may not. But the focus should be on winning the election 2 years from now while staying active at the local level.
The Republicans and their conservatives, despite their electioneering, bluster and wistful murmurings about “rebuilding the movement” have proven themselves woefully inadequate in representing rank and file American citizens.
We are not morally obligated to support a party and a movement that so consistently works against our interests.
They will lose. We can save ourselves and the future of our children by replacing them with candidates more closely aligned with our interests.
I don’t say it won’t be hard or require sacrifice, but what’s the alternative? Business as usual.
The way they do it in Africa (WARNING, EXPLICIT, DISTURBING PHOTOGRAPHS);

I mostly do activism through the internet by taking articles from “controversial ” websites and posting them on more mainstream websites such as Rush Limbaugh’s forum. Maybe one day I will develop my own blog. I also argue with people on Youtube and such. Guywhite is right. There is no excuse to not be doing anything especially with this great white invention such as the internet where you can remain anonymous.
Having said this, I have noticed that Ian Jobling is getting kind of discouraged on his website due to the lack of participation in email alerts myself. He needs to understand that these things take time. As I understand it, he has only been doing the alerts since after the New Year. Anybody who starts a new blog or website of their own needs to keep this in mind.
And another thing….it is not as if Ian Jobling’s website and guywhite’s blog are the only options out there. There are many race realist websites that have been around much longer and that have proven extremely successful. They continue to attract more and more newcomers by the day. Everyone on here more than likely knows about at least a few of the ones I am speaking of. And whether you guys agree with all their viewpoints or not, you need to acknowledge that these other websites have been extremely successful. We don’t need to be dividing ourselves as race realists over petty issues by having very narrow-minded viewpoints on what a true race realist should be like.
I don’t know if borealdreams is still around here or not.
But I have linked a column by John Leo about hate speech laws in both Europe and Canada. HERE: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/Commentary/com-3_5_06_JL.html
He can also find more about this topic by going to the Brussels Journal website or he may look at the letter I copied to the topic of Destruction by the coming Democratic Hegemony here from a writer in Canada on this topic.
I take it we can all except that the movement to say “hate speech is not free speech” is coming from the left of center in American politics.
Now, do you support that movement? If an Obama presidency with large majorities in both houses announced that to help the most important issue in America; an issue he has self identified as race and received acclaim for, would you support that effort?
Do you believe that “hate speech is not free speech?”
“Name 10 things good that happened under 8 years of Bush & 12 years of Republican controlled congress.” (borealdreams)

1) It was the Gingrich Congress that was responsible for the surpluses of the late 1990s – by CUTTING federal expenditures for the first time in over a half century!
2) The Gingrich Congress instituted the incredibly successful Welfare Reforms that not only saved (and continue to save) untold BILLIONS of dollars in tax money, but re-introduced many formerly mired in Liberal “dependency programs” to the concept of work.
3) The stock market has risen an astounding 1,000%….from under 1500 in the early days of the Reagan administration to nearly 14,000 today!
4) Republicans introduced 25+ YEARS and counting of unbroken SUPPLY SIDE policies, that re-made the American economy after Jimmy Carter’s disastrous stewardship! Jimmy Carter presided over the LAST Keynesian administration and STAGFLATION (double digit interest rates, double digit inflation rates and double digit unemployment rates) – “The WORST U.S. Economy Since the Great Depression.” Since Carter, there has been an unbroken line of Supply Side administrations – Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton and Bush Jr.
5) G W Bush’s tax cuts got America out of an inherited recession, which began when the NASDAQ imploded in the Spring of 2000 (under W J Clinton) and halved the deficit between 2003 and 2006
6) G W Bush (belatedly) engaged an enemy that had relentlessly waged war against America and American interests for almost a decade, beginning in earnest with the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Even though James Fox (Director of the FBI’s NY Office) said, “America’s criminal justice system is inadequate to the task of dealing with state-sponsored international terrorism, the Clinton administration insisted on “fighting terrorism” as a “criminal justice matter,” using a Justice Dept run by a grossly incompetent and corrupt Attorney General (Janet Reno). The proof that the current Military war on terror has worked is that since 9/11/01 there hasn’t been a single successful attack on American soil, with dozens of plots foiled.
7) Since Reagan, we’ve had a huge decrease in the toxic and corrosive effects of judicial activism, with the appointment of strict Constitutionalists like Scalia, Thomas, Roberts and Alito.
9) Over the last quarter century, Americans have enjoyed lower across the board tax rates, which have benefited the lower income earners the most, as the top 10% of income earners pay nearly 80% of all income taxes and those people tend to simply defer more of their income/compensation as tax rates rise – REDUCING tax revenues – and have also (sadly, in my view) INCREASED government tax revenues over that same period. This has increased the prosperity of ALL Americans and especially helped those earning under $100,000/year.
10) The current administration has guided America through two wars against rogue, terror-supporting nations, cleaned up a number of business scandals (Enron, Tyco, Worldcom, Arthur Anderson, etc) that flourished in the late 1990s, brought the rogues to justice and signed into law Sarbannes-Oxley (Sarb-Ox) one of the toughest sanctions on business in history! Even if Sarb-Ox “went to far” (it did), it’s kept the kinds of scandals that flourished in the wild late 1990s from re-occurring, and a Housing Bubble that’s wreaked havoc on the economy, BUT has yet to throw our economy into a recession (two consecutive quarters of negative growth)…last quarter’s growth was 0.6% (sluggish) though not recessionary, with the Fed expecting a second quarter under 1% and quarters 3 and 4 near 1.2%, which would mean the current administration would be credited with engineering (via tax cuts, etc) nearly six years of economic expansion (growth)!

The current administration HAS been very BAD on border security and ILLEGAL immigration (which costs every American some $19,000 over their lives) and it has gone along with some incredibly reckless over-spending – the prescription drug boondoggle and the NCLB Act are two examples of very wasteful spending.
It shouldn’t have cost more money to get American teachers to do what they’re paid to do – TEACH.
And the prescription drug plan was absurd.
Sadly, the Dems have offered only a WORSE alternative to all of that! They wanted to spend more on the NCLB Act and far MORE on the prescription drug boondoggle and many anti-American Liberals actively support a “more open border policy,” specifically geared to wreak havoc on America.
Excellent article! It is especially important to oppose Obama clique now that Dems nominated him! A Negro for president!? Founding fathers must be spinning in their graves now. I can almost feel Jefferson exceeding 1000rpm.
