The spread of herpes is definitely linked strongly to promiscuity. Your train of logic in terms of the time of the month, etc. is off the track, however. What does that have to do with promiscuity?
The simple fact is that promiscuous people spread the herpes virus, along with other STDs, and it it infects a large part of the population.
The way to avoid all STDs, including herpes, is chastity. This means either virginity for those who are not married, or a a chaste, monogamous sexual relationship for those who are married. It is really very simple, but many foolish people want to have it both ways and that makes it very complicated in a hurry.
The time of the month itself has nothing to do with herpes.
I just meant that you can narrow down to just a few days when exactly you got pregnant. If you had sex with just one guy during those 3-4 days, you know who the father is. But they rarely know because in those 3-4 days, they had sex with half dozen men.
Black are just more sexually active. They are sexually active earlier then other groups and they are sexually more aggressive. There has been a good deal of research on this development that I can not lay my hands on right now.

Failure to know who fathered a child just does not relate, other than as blatant evidence of promiscuity. But it is the promiscuity, not the ignorance of the father’s identity, that spreads the herpes. Lack of this piece of information does not spread anything except fact the child is a bastard.

People in these social classes typically do not have a high degree of education and can be prone to engage in behavior that can put them at a high risk for contracting diseases. Black people for the most part comprise a significant portion of the lower socio-economic class in the United States and abroad because of racism, and imperialism. poverty in and of itself has nothing to do with STDs. But low IQ has everything to do with permanent poverty (as opposed to just losing your job temporarily) and also with irresponsible behavior that is likely to result in an STD.

This assumptions are erroneous about a person’s behavior and how it correlates to having STDs or other diseases. I, myself, have herpes, b/c I was naive and lost my virginity in my mid-late 20s to an older man who was dishonest. Yes, the behavior of not getting tested before we were intimate was risky behavior, but I was not being promiscuous, in the sense, i had a steady partner.
Also, there are individuals who have been raped, violated and taken advantage of, even as young children, who were infected with STDs/STIs such as herpes by their perpetrator. These were not promiscuous people.
Please be more considerate and research informed when making these blanket statements. Such stereotypes present a real problem to public health interventions and individual fears based on the perpetration of such stereotypes.

I never said that every individual who gets an SDT is promiscuous. But promiscuity correlates with STD’s. The correlation isn’t 100%, so there are exceptions.
But when one group of people (consisting of tens of millions of people) gets 10-100 times more STD’s than another, the only reasonable explanation for the community-wide differences is promiscuity.
Moslems get fewer STD’s than Christians. This is because they are less likely to be promiscuous.
