Actually, I’d prefer generous incentives to get unsuccessful and government-dependent blacks (and I include civil servants, union bureaucrats, diversity or “civil rights” anythings, and affirmative action hires) to renounce their US citizenship, go to Africa, and refrain from entering any white nation afterward.

But failing that, definitely rack, pack, and stack the ghetto dregs into urban fortresses, far away from the rest of us.

A really dangerous situation is developing in American cities. Sooner or later these gangs will become politicized and then we may face real urban guerrilla warfare. Or more likely the cities will surrender with scarcely a shot being fired.

We will never solve the social problems that we have allowed to develop to such a great magnitude by simply trying to rearrange the furniture as was done in this experiment, no matter how much money is spent in the effort. We have to teach morality, responsibility, self-control, respect for other people, loyalty, and introspection. All of these things, every last one of them, are missing in the people that are described as the “victims” in this report.

We may say that they have not been taught, but our society has forbidden the teaching of these essential characteristics. What fools we are! We wonder why we have these uncivilized people in our midst, and yet we are blind to the very things we ought to do to solve the problems.

There have always been poor people, but there have not always been the vast numbers of poor, wild people that we are developing today. This is a special creation of our modern social welfare state. In earlier days, society worked much better because there was a common understanding of the role of man under God, the fact that we are all brothers whether rich or poor, and that ultimately we will answer to God for how we live our lives here on earth. This applied to the rich man and to the the poor man. Today, both have forgotten this essential fact, and each thinks that he is entitled to what the other has by extortion and violence. We have created a very dangerous condition for ourselves, one of our own foolish making.
