If the whites have a problem… it’s not with the Blacks. They (we) control nothing in the whole of America. Your own people have sold you all out. I know the feeling. Being a Black Panther, the Black race did not turn to the power that we offered to bring them to parity to the dominate race. I was in the first integrating class (1964) in my city. I was surprised to find out that whites were not so smart.after all. In being a Panther, I contend if the Blacks would have followed our lead’, they will not be in this abhorred position in 2008. I can only say that the Blacks in America were “Made In America”. Again, the Blacks only followed who they felt comfortable with. So now this Black Panther can only smile when I hear all these rants about them. P.S. Seeing that you know not the originals Panthers.. we are some of the successful Black males in our 50s and 60s. We did not depend on your benevolence. We mastered your social arena, still today the Blacks still fawn over your
race, so you stop complaining and lead them. You all are sleeping at the switch. You gave them welfare, food-stamps, day-care and etc. Now I am trying to move away from your creations too. GET ON YOUR JOBS. LOL, lol, LOL.
Interesting Comment

It is indeed an interesting comment because of what it reveals, but I disagree with it for a couple of reasons:
First, I have no more power to lead blacks simply because I’m white than I have to remove Obama from the presidency just because I’m an American. The comment assumes that being white equals being in charge and being black equals having no power. I rail against injustice in general, it just happens to be against me in this case. I was born into a country where I was said to be automatically guilty and deserving of discrimination because of my skin color. Unless a person believes in race karma–the punishment of the descendants for the crimes of the ancestors, as well as the assumption that a race as a whole can be “guilty”–then every rational human should see the current race situation in America as alarming and unfair. Great efforts have been made in restructuring society to offer equal opportunity to blacks. We have now gone far past equality and the current climate is highly discriminatory against white people. This is a vital cornerstone of the justification of race-realism: the recognition of the fact that whites both can be and are the recipients of racism. To hold the converse opinion assumes that one race is capable of being racist while another is not. Ironically, this idea itself is racist because it is an irrational view regarding race. Both I and the dictionary refuse to submit to the view that racism is simply any action by a white person that does not benefit a black person.
Second, the whites who willingly perpetuate this discrimination are certainly guilty, but that does not absolve the blacks who willingly take advantage of it and do their own part to perpetuate it as well. Yes, I’m aware it’s human nature to exploit others when the opportunity arises, but some of us choose to act more fairly. After all, raping, murdering, and stealing are also clearly a part of human nature, but the more ethically-advanced humans avoid these activities because they lead to undesirable ends on the societal if not the individual level.
The man from whom the quote comes clearly believes blacks should be integrated into society. I agree, IF that is indeed possible. However, I’m not certain that it is. It has apparently not occurred to him, possibly because he is in denial of racial intelligence averages, that he is an unusually capable individual for his race and wishes to blame whites for the failure of blacks to function on a higher social level. This is certainly a familiar theme. He also places no blame on the general tendency of blacks to segregate themselves from American society by demonizing the predominate American culture and resisting to emulate proper speech and mannerisms to aid their integration. I don’t believe all blacks should be banned from America any more than I believe that no whites should be allowed to live in China or all blacks should be relegated to picking cotton for minimum wage just because they are black. However, anyone who wishes to come live in a country should have something tangible to contribute, such as intellectual talent, and must willingly become integrated into the culture that is already there. Spare me the lectures on history; none of us were alive then and we must deal with the present: The current policy of accepting with open arms and showering aid onto riff-raff from the third world must cease. We cannot integrate them and most have nothing contribute other than still more disunity. It is nauseating that the multiculturalists try to claim this is a strength.
You hear the overconfident bluster coming from blacks all the time. The black race has only two settings: dominant or submissive. They all act like they know everything.
