A key U.S. senator said Sunday he would begin an investigation into whether the Army missed signs that the man accused of opening fire at Fort Hood had embraced an increasingly extremist view of Islamic ideology… attended the same mosque as two Sept. 11 hijackers… Classmates participating in a 2007-2008 master’s program at a military college complained repeatedly to superiors about what they considered Hasan’s anti-American views.

… And yet, despite whites ignoring signs of his radicalism just to avoid being called racist, the liberals are back to slandering the “right-wing”. But it’s not the right-wing who is responsible here. Let me make a quick prediction: there won’t be any counter-attacks against Moslems as a result of this, but conservative white men will be slandered preemptively as if we are all sitting here trying to plan an assault against Moslems.
In the mind of the liberal, nothing is what it seems. A Moslem attacks due to his religious beliefs, but Islam has nothing to do with the violent act. White men do nothing, don’t even demonstrate peacefully and yet they are called violent.
I’ve ridiculed the AS for claiming that Jews attacked the Third Reich. But isn’t the argument that white right-wingers are the real concern just the same, except that it’s propagated by the mainstream media?
Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the alleged shooter in yesterday’s massacre at Fort Hood, played a homeland security advisory role in President Barack Obama’s transition into the White House, according to a key university policy institute document.

Hope. Change.

I heard several times on the “news” (reported by self-hating white men) that Hasan had been ridiculed for being Muslim.
No cites, no proof, no nuthin.
It’s all our fault.
That’s why I rarely watch the “news.” But I did turn it on to see if there was anything useful about Hasan. I should have known better. A complete waste of time. Sigh.
All of us were ridiculed sometimes, but only Muslims respond by shooting people.
Take a look at this website:

I wonder if it’s real, or an FBI concoction?
I’m really puzzled.
What does everyone else think?
These guys are completely open and out about their hatred of the infidel. They have a listed 718 phone number, which is either in Brooklyn or Queens.
IF it’s real, then we are even more screwed than I thought, because these guys should be arrested forthwith. This is treason, not free speech.
Question.
I do not wish to engage in an argument about Vietnam. Right, wrong, or indifferent, the US did a lot of violent things there. Possibly 2 million Vietnamese were killed, large areas of the country were defoliated.
Yet no Vietnamese has ever come to the US and attacked US civilians.
Yet we are brainwashed by our treasonous media into thinking that somehow Americans deserve to be shot, stabbed, bombed, kicked and beaten because we’ve done bad things to the Muslims.
Suppose our foreign policy is wrong, and our military HAS done bad things to Muslims. (I’m saying suppose, now.)
So what?
Why would that excuse Muslim terrorism against civilians?
I don’t know whether in an of itself Islam is evil (although I’m rapidly concluding that it is.). But I do know that it provides an institutional muscle to a lot of evil, violent, aggressive males.

Your wondering if the fbi is using it like flypaper to catch the lone-wolf crazies before they do something crazy? Well, there’s really no way to know. But I would doubt it because there are already so many crazy moslems and moslem organizations that they’d probably focus on infiltrating existing organizations rather than starting new ones. Then again, it is just a website so it could just be 3 fruitcakes in brooklyn. Regardless, I’ll bet their names are in a database somewhere just in case they take up flying lessons.
Good question, Jay. I don’t know a whole lot about Vietnam. But I had a roommate a few years ago who was a teenager in vietnam during the war. And all I can say is that you can’t compare arabs and east asians. They have different temperaments. The arab / islam violence question is really a question of which came first, the chicken or the egg.
Jay,
US meddling in the Middle East isn’t an excuse for Muslim hostility, but it is one of the causes. Whether one believes that the US government is only pursuing noble and righteous causes in Asia minor or they have a duplicitous agenda, it doesn’t really matter. The US is over there kicking up the hornet’s nest. Islam is a violent religion. Its followers venerate a man that was a violent warlord and child rapist and pray in unison five times a day. We can’t fight brainwashing that severe. If we are going to be over there, then there has to be a recognition that there is going to be negative consequences. This doesn’t mean that Muslim extremism is right or justified, but it’s important to recognize the nature of the beast.
And regarding Vietnam: they stopped fighting the US when the US stopped fighting them.

Yes.
Apparently my theory is wrong. The site is run by entirely sincere, entirely insane Islamic convert from Judaism. Ugh.
I agree that we should pull in our horns w/respect to the Middle East, but in reality it’s still the biggest pot of oil in the world and whichever country is the “power” will be involved there.
Let’s say China becomes the world’s great power. They’ll get the shit too, but if Islamic fundamentalists try their monkey business in China they’ll just get crushed.
What I’ve read is that as long as fundies don’t threaten someone personally, and just confine themselves to justifying acts after the fact, they are protected.

I clicked on that guy’s picture earlier. And I did a double take because he does look Jewish. I almost said something but after my comment on the Arthur Kemp thread I figured people would just say I was looking for Jews everwhere – even among Islamic radicals. LOL!
I should have added, it’s not all that unusual for a convert to go off the deep end. Converts to anything tend to be the most radical.
